The stunning kitchen has been recently renovated, making the most of its double windows, making it a fantastic place to enjoy a bright breakfast or cosy dinner. There is a study nook with desk tucked away in the corner, a 4-seater dining table and all mod cons such as toaster, kettle, fridge/freezer and washing machine/tumble dryer. The gas stove has 4 generous rings and an electric oven/grill underneath.

The comfortable double bedroom has one Double bed, traditional wooden flooring and furniture. The room faces north with views to the communal back garden, protecting it from street noise and making ideal for a peaceful night sleep. There is ample storage space plenty of light comes in through the window.
